The Town of Hempstead Annual AAPHI Event on May 29, 2026

On May 29th, the Town of Hempstead once again celebrated the Asian American Pacific Hawaiian Islander Month. Both the MultiCultural Council of New York and the Asian Pacific American Council of Educators. The attendance was approximately 350 people. All the 'usual suspects' were present. And everyone LOVED the food. Gus, once again, played 'bad cop' making sure that no one was cutting the line or coming back for seconds before all were served at least once.
